MMR Employees Support Children in Need through Salvation Army's Angel Tree Giving Program

Friday, December 23, 2016

Thanks to MMR headquarter employees in Baton Rouge, La. over 70 underprivileged children will experience the joy of Christmas through the Salvation Armys Angel Tree Giving Program.

This is the second year employees voluntarily adopted angels and the need for assistance could not have been greater. The recent flooding devastated the homes of many in our area putting a tremendous financial burden on local families.

The Baton Rouge Salvation Army serves East and West Baton Rouge, Ascension, Iberville, Livingston, East and West Feliciana, Pointe Coupee, Saint Helena and Saint James parishes. Through the generosity of our community, the program provided hope for more than 4,700 children in 2015.
