HS&E Superintendent of the Year Awarded to a
Superintendent of Site Manager for achieving an exemplary safety
performance and record. It is based solely on safety, by
supervising 45,000 safe effort hours or more, displaying a positive
safety culture on the job site, completing all required paperwork,
and safety performance throughout the year.
